Founder, Empowered Midwifery Care PLLC & Evolve Integrative Health

  • Lisa began her journey as a college athlete, channeling her leadership skills into coaching as a high school teacher and varsity basketball coach. It was through these formative years that she discovered her passion for mentorship, education, and empowering individuals to reach their full potential. But it was motherhood that profoundly shifted her perspective, igniting a deep curiosity about pregnancy, birth, and the systems surrounding them.
